My bacon label reads per pan fried slice. I cook it on the stove or in the microwave, eat it, log the number of slices regardless of weight.

My goal is 132.4 and my initial range was +/-2 lbs because that's what Weight Watchers told me. My highest maintenance weigh in has been 135.8 and the lowest was 126.6. I continued to drop a little weight while trying to figure out maintenance and have been under goal each week for almost 6 months... So now my comfortable…

Excuses. We're all busy. Pack your lunch. I do all of my food prep on Sundays so I can grab and go through the week.

I want them all in my mouth.

My quick and easy "go to" meal is always breakfast for dinner.

Maybe it's just gas??

I have a few Facebook friends from Weight Watchers online that I've never met in person. After a year+ of talking to them on WW, I didn't want to lose them when I switched to MFP :brokenheart:

I took an iron pill for a while and it was very hard on my stomach.

Are you properly stretching?

Don't do it. You'll poop your pants.

Good company, weather, and food :drinker:

I'm 27 and have served in the USAF.

Hopefully your wedding is motivation enough! As for losing 80 lbs in a year, I happened to land in that ballpark... I'm 5'5" and went from 206.8 to 132.4 in a year.

Anything with cheese, chocolate, or booze.

I weigh what I eat. I peel my banana and weigh it without the peel. I weigh my apple, eat my apple, then weigh and subtract the core.

Couldn't tell ya. Your best bet would be to use a HRM to find out. Next up would be using the estimate generated by the machines or MFP. If I had to guess, I'd think I would burn more doing that walking than stepping with the info you gave... but I have a better idea of my own intensity levels and whatnot. ETA that 4.5-4.7…

I'm 5'5", been maintaining around 130 pounds since October, and still have belly fat. I don't like it, but I don't hate it enough to try to lose more weight. I've lost another pant size since starting maintenance so I guess I've been secretly hoping that I'll continue to maintain my weight and my belly will just disappear.…

Eh... I was gonna say turkey sandwich :indifferent: So now I guess I'm here for ideas as well.

I just use MFP for my meal planning.

To know how much you're eating.

My only seasonal challenge is surviving all those typically food-heavy holidays that span most of winter... Other than that, I really don't see a difference for myself. I have gym access and a decent setup at home so I don't need good weather to get my exercise.

If you're confident in your logging, this is probably just water retention due to implementing a new exercise routine. If so, the weight will come back off with a little time and patience.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, but you just have to understand that your weight fluctuates. It always will. If you can't handle seeing the flux, stop weighing so often. Pick one day each week or every few weeks to weigh and record it. I know that I became a LOT more comfortable with my weight fluctuations as time went on…

This.

That's wonderful! Congrats!

Yes, it's a legitimate exercise.

It's fine. Eat all the eggs.

Do what you enjoy! No need to stick with one or the other...

My thoughts exactly.

This! If this is a vacation or sort of a once in a lifetime trip, I'd definitely indulge in the local cuisine because it's fantastic! If it's like a routine business trip deal, I'd probably worry a little more about choices and portion sizes.
