Yep, could be the sugar alcohols or it could just be the amount of protein if you're not used to it. I had quite a few digestive issues when I started increasing my protein, but they've subsided with time. As for the sugar alchohols... they are what they are. I'm not bothered by them unless I do consume excessive amounts,…

This. And I looked at your diary... It appears you're either not logging a LOT of food or you've got a bigger problem. Please seek help if you are indeed eating that little.

I lost 70+ pounds in a year without doing any exercise. You don't need exercise to lose weight, but walking definitely wouldn't hurt!
-
Definitely a big difference!! Congrats and keep it up!

It really is that simple. After losing 99 lbs, I'm surprised you're so disappointed because you didn't lose weight this week. If you haven't encountered this before, you should expect many weeks of maintenance and even gains. It's all part of this non linear process. You're doing great, just keep at it and don't let these…

This is sorta how I feel now after reading her response. It takes me a lot more time to look up and log my food or build a recipe than it does to just weigh it. If you're eyeballing and logging, you'll find that it really doesn't take much more time to weigh it and actually be accurate about your logging.

Uh yeah, definitely this.

I kept my favorite clothes in the next size up and got rid of everything else.

QFT! I've had to do some adjusting, but I've found that 1800 net calories (I typically eat all of my exercise calories back) works pretty well for me at 5'5" and 130ish pounds. I try to wait at least 4-6 weeks between making these adjustments. You might find that you'll initially gain when you increase, but that's normal…

I'm not sure how this makes me feel

Glance at your nutrition labels... It's not that serious.

Myth. Eat when you want!

And me four. I didn't reach my goal and stop, I just changed my goals to be more fitness oriented.

Just here for the gifs because I'm sure I'll forget to check back when this thing rolls... or doesn't.

Definitely normal. That's why a lot of people recommend you not weigh yourself daily.
-
Sorry if someone already said it, but you could sub greek yogurt for cream cheese, sour cream, or mayo in just about any recipe...

I'm more satisfied when I eat my protein rather than drink it. I'm all for a good protein shake, but I never try to use them as meal replacements.

This.

Yep, maintenance is a range.

SW: 206.8 GW: 132.4 CW: 131.6 Took me a year to lose and I've been maintaining for just over 9 months now.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 132.4 lbs. I didn't know what I wanted goal to be (other than somewhere in the "normal" BMI range) so I decided to make my goal whatever I weighed on my one year weight loss anniversary. Been maintaining that for 9 months and am pretty happy with it.

Holy crap. Now I'm bummed I missed the original post...

Basically this.

I think she looks great :flowerforyou:

This. If you're really that concerned, your doctor is definitely the best person to discuss these things with.
