Metamucil is really helpful when I have this... issue. Fruit, coffee, and running also help me in the less severe cases.

I like all the Body Fortress powders except for strawberry. I'm just not a fan of strawberry flavored things.

Look at it this way... Your story will sound so much cooler in the end. You will have beaten obesity. Use your emotions to fuel your weight loss. You don't like being obese? Progress. Eat better, exercise harder, and feel better. You can do this :flowerforyou:

I do it first thing in the morning so I don't have time to find excuses. Now it's just the norm for me... I get up, work out, then start my day.

Hahaha! I've tried their food once and it was way too greasy for my stomach to handle. Never eaten there again, but it seems like everyone else LOVES it. Guess I'm lucky that the temptation just isn't there.
