Sept.1st - I got a fast 30min./2 miles walk in on top of the mountain this morning. It was cool in the shaded areas. but hot in the open sun. Wished I had started a little earlier. It was nice and peaceful, loved the scenery.

I walked 2.6 miles yesterday

June 6th- I went kayaking with the kids. It was a great day to be on the lake. I didn't put any sun block on so I'm a little red. Walked 2.1 miles when we got back home. Total Miles as of June 6th -12.8 miles
