I don't really measure exactly... I eat brown rice twice a day... Dinner and lunch... And eat whole wheat bread with peanut butter for snacks and also fruits and veggies. I followed a low carb diet in the past and eliminated bread and rice from my diet... But I was low in energy. I'm actually happier with my diet right now…

I'm 5'1 and my current weight is 105. I lost 10 lbs the last couple of months or so doing p90x and eating a well balanced meals. I'm on my week 11 :) my goal is 100 lbs.
