How many carbs are you eating?

I don't really measure exactly... I eat brown rice twice a day... Dinner and lunch... And eat whole wheat bread with peanut butter for snacks and also fruits and veggies. I followed a low carb diet in the past and eliminated bread and rice from my diet... But I was low in energy. I'm actually happier with my diet right now that I eat more carbs. I don't think any diet that limit your macros work. Its a combination of clean eating and exercise. I'm 5'1 and 105, mother of two and a full time nursing student. I've been working out with p90x almost close to three months. With eating more carbs I still managed to lose 10lbs0

Usually under my carb goal on here. Somewhere between 125 and 150? Goal is set to 165g. I'm usually about that same difference over my MFP protein goal, eating around 65 while the goal is set to 45g. Fats I seem to average right on the recommended 40g It's not intentional, that's just how I seem to eat. I'm losing about 1kg per week.0
