  • I'm glad I'm not the only one!!!! I'm trying to cut out alcohol all together, because it's really hindering my weight loss. Saturday night, I drank 4 beers and an entire bottle of wine. Probably not the best choice -- because with my drinking, comes binge eating!

  • It was already listed when I typed in Homemade Turkey Chili. I use mostly veggies, beans, and 99% Lean Ground Turkey -- so for a cup, it seemed to be accurate. It may be more, I'm not sure.

  • I live in Connecticut... the only gyms in my town are 2 YMCA's and one local company -- I'm looking into the local one. The YMCA is a lot pricier because they offer indoor pools, ice skating, and a million other things that I won't utilize.
