Sugar???
Can someone look at my food diary and tell me if I should be concerned about sugar if I continue eating the way I did today!? I haven't eaten anything with added sugar, but all fruits and veggies. Is going over on my sugar by that much bad when it's all from fruit?

Protein Bars?
Does anyone know any good protein bars that aren't loaded with sugar and saturated fat!? I mainly eat fruits and veggies, I try to stick to high fiber, high protein -- I like bars for a quick snack in the afternoon, but they all seem to be terribly unhealthy!

Can exhaustion hinder weight loss!?
I work as a Toddler Teacher in a daycare center. We lost an employee 2 weeks ago, so until January I work 6am-6pm everyday, and my job is pretty active, keeping up with a group of 2 year olds for 12 hours a day!!! Weekly Goals... do you have any?
From now on, I'd like to make 5 weekly goals to meet. 1. Start Couch to 5K first thing Monday morning. 2. Eat more veggies than fruit. 3. Stay out of the red on my carbs and sugar (eating less fruit should help) 4. Eat only raw foods. 5. Get back under 200 pounds... (I gained 15lbs over the holiday season... yikes!!!!)

New Years Resolutions....
Although I think it's great that people make resolutions to lose weight, it's a HUGE inconvenience to the people, like me, who can't get their workouts at the gym because the gym is SO overcrowded with these resolution people who will be gone in 2 weeks! It's annoying, I just want my gym back!

Too much sugar?
I've started tracking my sugar intake, but I'm confused about how this works. MFP says I should consume 26g of sugar a day. For breakfast, I've already consumed 12g, but it's all fruit. When I go over my sugar recommendation by eating a lot of fruit, is it just as bad as if I was eating candy?

Net Calories
Do net calories really matter? There have been days that I've had negative net calories, and most days I have around 200-400 net calories. I get a decent amount of protein and take multivitamins. I typically don't eat back my exercise calories. Is this going negatively impact my weight loss?

Reaching your calorie goal
