In the past year, I've gone from a size 20W to a 12 Petite.

    Oh gosh i LOVE the way you look now! my mom weighs almost as much as you used to so i showed her your pictures i convinced her she will look so much better if she works out with me more. :)) !!

    Wow!!! Thanks so much everyone!!!!! I still have my super self conscious days, but you've all made me feel great!!

    I've still got a ways to go before I hit my "healthy BMI" weight, but I'm on the right track and all the support will definitely help me keep going!

    I am 5'2". I chose my goal weight based on the BMI chart.
