I am OBSESSED with numbers! Calories in, calories out, weighing in 5+ times a day... I'M DONE WITH NUMBERS.

This month, I am done counting. These numbers do not exist to me.

Along with losing my numbers obsession, I've also stopped my processed, artificial frozen food obsession.

I am eating a vegetarian diet of only fresh, natural, WHOLE, foods. No added sugar. No added sodium. No preservatives. No artificial ingredients. No alcohol.

I will focus how the way my clothes fit, the way my body looks, and they way I feel.
