  • That's a great idea!! I might give it a try! I also LOVE the Raw Revolution bars that you mentioned before -- Dark Chocolate Coconut is my favorite. I think they're good for a once-in-a-while on the run snack, but not something that I'd eat everyday.
  • Thanks for the suggestions everyone!! I think I'm just gonna stick to fruits & veggies and Muscle Milk Light shakes. Protein bars just have WAY too much saturated fat for my liking -- and the one that are low in saturated fat and sugar are also pretty low in protein!

  • Also, there are a few clothing line that JCPenney carries that have jeans that come in "curvy fit"... they're designed for an hourglass shape so you don't get the awkwardness between your waist and your hips/thighs.

  • In my opinion, Chobani is the BEST. I LOVE Chobani -- lemon and mango are my favorite!!! I don't like regular yogurt, it always has a sour after-taste. Greek yogurt is so much better!

  • I LOVE Silk Original Coconut Milk. It has a smoother consistency than soy and almond milks and it tastes great!! I also really like hemp milk, but it's a little pricier that other milk alternatives.

  • People look at "regular" runway models and think there is an industry trying to force a "thin is beautiful" message on us, but in reality, the thinner the model, the less money the designer has to spend on fabric. Sample sizes are made to be a size 2 or smaller because it saves the designer money!
