Sugar???

Can someone look at my food diary and tell me if I should be concerned about sugar if I continue eating the way I did today!? I haven't eaten anything with added sugar, but all fruits and veggies. Is going over on my sugar by that much bad when it's all from fruit?

    u know what u are eating to much sugar u not eating protein or vegetable and whole grains im 4'11 i went to a register nutritionist and im only allow to eat 2 fruits a day and 10oz of protein and 60gm of carbs if i were u i would good to a register nutritionist it would be the best for u because u have a lot of way to lose it would be the best choice.

    I have a lot of problems with my stomach and I've been told (by a gastroenterologist) to eat only fruits & vegetables for 2 weeks, then add grains, then slowly add back "normal" foods to see what is upsetting my stomach. I eat veggies for snack & a large salad for dinner, but there are more fruits than veggies. I'm also eating beans for protein.

    I think going over my sugar limit with natural, whole foods is better than going over by eating added sugar.
