Im the type of person that weighs daily <gasp> I know, I know. But for myself that is what I need to do to stay focused. I think is it more of a personal question, I would recommend a measuring tape though!

I have these same exact symptoms and I recommend you research Adrenal Fatigue! It is a very real and very annoying, especially if left untreated. It can be fixed over time and can come on gradually. Google: 30 symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Good Luck.

All I can say is cleansing=diarreah!!! TMI, I know. Just make sure not to do those "master cleanses" where you don't eat. That is not healthy. Chicken...my best friend and it is packed with protein which helps build lean muscle (which will help burn more calories). It's a win-win. Just make sure it's not fried or packed with too much crazy added ingredients. Welcome!

Congrats. I've heard trainers say this too. You have to continue to work the large muscle groups so they will burn more calories. Good Doctor! Stick with him!
