Hello fellow accountant! Lack of planning is a downfall for me too. I'm expecting it to take me somewhere between 18 - 24 months. Looking forward to supporting each other's healthy lifestyle choices!

Hi! I am 40 years old. I live in the US and am an accountant, so I spend most of my day sitting at a desk and working on spreadsheets. I'm also 5'7". I was a healthy weight until I graduated from college, but I always thought I was 30 lbs overweight. Once I had a desk job, I quickly put on 30 lbs in 3 months. The weight…

Thanks for sharing that! I will do that. I recently came across this quote from her that I found really helpful, "Wisdom means to choose now what will make sense later. I am learning everyday to allow the space between where I am and where I want to be, to inspire me and not terrify me." - Tracee Ellis Ross

Oh Momo, don't be too hard on yourself! When I have a bad food day, the next day I try to make just one better decision than the day before. Then once I make one good decision, maybe I can make another. Be kind to yourself. Samjoy - I hope you are feeling better today. You can do this! Don't let it derail you! Good job…

Hey! My name is Sarah. I'm 37 and single with no kids. I currently way 242.4 lbs and my goal weight is somewhere between 145-160. In 2012, I lost 30 lbs and got out of the 200's for the first time in at least five years. I was feeling really good about life and decided to go start studying for the CPA exam. I also switched…

Welcome @mirandan73189 ! @jazzypdx Where did you get your mason jar recipes from? I would be interested in making some to-go breakfasts, because I'm always running late  Good job avoiding the vending machine! It's so tempting when you're stuck at work longer than you expect. @kondmanu what do you put in your…

I'm not low carb, but I have adjusted my macro %'s to bring my carbs down to 40%. Using the app, go to the drop down list and choose "Goals". Then under nutrition goals, select "Calorie and Macronutrient Goals". Then just pick one of the macros and it will allow you to adjust the %'s. Hopefully this helps!

Update: SW: 244.6 CW: 242.4 Loss: 2.2 I'm happy with my loss. On Saturday, I went to a cooking class where we learned three 30 minute vegetarian meals and were served small portions of each meal. Each meal included a dessert and I told myself that I wouldn't eat any desserts. But the bananas foster looked so good, I had…
