Almost the same though I add in more carbs , black/brown rice, oats, quinoa, sweet potato. I like using things for the most part with one ingredient, I'd rather cook and add my own herbs salt etc that have it all pre made. Protein powder/ bars are in there but need it after training

Working hard Not super confident YET Very kind

Coffee is a food group for me at least

What protein are you using ? Maybe try high quality plant based one and/or drink it with water. Or unsweetened almond milk

I only train for my halves in two months, wouldn't say it's the best idea but not impossible especially if you've been running three times a week. Add in a long run 10km is your longest so add a 1km/2km to that a week and do 2 speed work runs Intetvals are great don't need to be long and maybe 1 extra run or cross train if…

Measurements 29th feb - 25th may Waist 74cm - 69cm Hips 94cm - 88cm Stomach 86cm - 75cm Thighs 59cm 56cm Clearly weight lifting makes you bulky and eating over 1200 will make you fat Don't have progress photo from start too now but three week difference without really focusing on cals ... So bulky and manly omg

Add in weights !!! You what to be more "toned" more pulled in work on strength training , it helps with fat loss too but also stronger muscles will pull you in more. Full body moves are great if you do them right and activate you core I used to only do cardio and cal control and I was always fluffy feeling/ looking now…
