What I met by check in was todo your meaurments, bust arms legs ect. You can log it in on your personal page. Im not sure about going back a day, are you talking about logging in your food? Yes this will take time to get used to.

The key is to tracking your intake, because you may think you are getting enough but when your a mom with super busy days, you really cant recall, if you dont write it down.
