Thanks for the advice, I think I will try a video....I have the 30 day shred, I'll start with that, I need weights to go with it....I'm thinkin maybe 5lbs will work..

I LOVE Pataks...I use the Tikka paste and put mine on a 100 cal tortilla with fat free cheese...about 275 as well

Ive done them all, but I assumed she was referring to the PT test they give you before you join, which in MY opinion was easy for any branch. Its nothing like an actual PT test you take AFTER you get in...those are the hard ones.

Yea, law enforcement is not real tough either..(in the beginning anyway) so I wouldnt worry too much about it. If youve been exercising Im sure youll do fine. I always rested the day before my PT tests and it helped me do better...but thats just me. Dont worry YOU GOT THIS!!!

PT with who? The military? If so, their tests are pretty easy, shouldnt be anything to worry about if youve been exercising.

I have that problem, but only when I run/jog. Ive also heard that it was from childbirth, (I have 4) but I don't really know for sure what causes it. Its really embarrasing though, I can tell you that!

Try freezing fresh meals and cooking them later, and I dont go to a gym either, I have 4 kids and I just bought a stationary bike and some weights along with some dvds....I found that first I needed to get my diet under control, (it was waaay worse than I thought it was) so for the first 5 or 6 days, I got my calories…

This is what I am doing, I just had to go back to 1lb/wk and I am doing much better! I agree, it's better than losing motivation from being frustrated and giving up...hope this helps :ohwell:

I try to do at least 30 mins a day (sometimes 45-50)and I am between 14-16 mph on mine....but I also use resistance and Ive only been on it 2 weeks. I usually only take about 1 day a week off, its working so far, in a wekk or so I plan to step it up with weight training or a workout video as well.

I have the DVD and the weights, just hadnt started it yet...Monday is perfect...I'm in! :wink:
