btw...she didnt use the applesauce....my hubby and son couldnt tell the difference...(they hate eating my low cal food lol) and you can also add 1 -20oz can of crushed pinapple to an angel food cake mix..(do NOT add the water) and if you make muffins with it, I believe somewhere around 60 cals a muffin......no applesauce…

my daughter made me an AMAZING cake....she got the betty crocker cake mix (she used lemon, but I think it will work for any) and the box said you need 3 eggs, oil, and water.....well, she used ONLY water and 1 egg!!! and it came out delicious!!!!!! I couldnt believe it....I was feeling SOOO guilty about going over my cals…

Ditto....I wouldnt call it a cheat day...I just find a way to work it in, either have a smaller portion of cake, etc, or rev up the excercise routine to offset and accomodate for it.....then it's not a cheat!:happy:

10 days in each level...but you can just move up when you feel like you are ready....I log it as Circuit training general for 20 mins....its pretty accurate that way...I am on day 3 and I LOVE it! Ive already lost a pound and i am SOOOO sore...you will probably be sore the first few days...just push through it, but listen…

you can do it on here under "my recipes" there is a place where you can list your ingredients and such and it does the math for you...and they sound yummy :wink:

you just need hand weights and a mat if you are going to be working out on a hard surface...I am on level 1 day 3 and I LOVE it!! definitely can feel a difference already...I am using 3lb hand weights...after 30 days I plan to do it again with 5lb weights.

EXACTLY!!! To hear a lot of people tell it, EVERY incoming call COULD be an emergency! Just about anywhere you go, they have a phone in the reception area. She could have a least left the area to answer it, that would be common courtesy. Id complain to the gym manager. My God how did we ever make it through all those years…
