I am new to this as well im weighing in at 182 ! My goal weight is 135 or less that would be nice. I havent really had much exercise cause i just had brain surgery two weeks ago and am limited to the amount of things i can do right now. Thank all of you for the tips and advice so far. I really do appreciate it.. And yes those of you who said it isnt a diet that its a lifestyle change you are completely right! But it is tuff, i have to stop and catch myself when i go into the kitchen. No you cant have those cookies , lol. Again thank you all for the advice.
