It's funny cause I was thinking the same thing this morning. The last 2 days I too went over board on carbs and have been doing spectacular the last 3 weeks. This morning I felt tired and hungry and very foggy mentally. Not like I have been feeling. I haven't realized till today what a difference it makes!

How fast do you go for it to be considered HIIT? I usually use a heart monitor.

I would LOVE to only do heavy cardio 2 days a week! (I also walk my dogs and I don't count that as cardio because it's more casual walking than speed walking) In your opinion should I keep my strength training days the same?
