I put cream into my coffee and some people add little butter. You can also use some butter and cream for cooking, eat some avocado and nuts!!

Do you think 1000-1200 calorie with 15% C, 50% P, 35% F is okay or should I go lower in Protein and higher in Fat!!

You can find some good videos on youtube. My favorite ones are Walk at home by Lislie Sansone, 30 Days Shred, and fitnessblender videos!! Most of them are only 30 min. I hope this is helpfull.

Didn't exercise yesterday but I had no time or effort to do anything. But what is important is that I'm watching my calories and trying to drink as much water as I can! Day 9 same goals and I'm happy I'm committed to the challenge!

Thanks Maalea for sharing this helpful website :) I Think my scale has the option for changing the unit to lbs so I might try to use it or I can use the website . Or even simply multiplying the number by 2.2 might work as well.
