Thank you all for responding, I'll try these recipes and will try not to go over 50 csrbs. I've read something about craving while on LCHF diet. It suggests that you go for 21 days first and then if you have cravings you give yourself another 21 days before adding more carbs and it should go away, if not you can have…

You can add heavy cream or whipped cream to beverages, soups, and eggs.

Thank you for your advice, I'm really scared from upping my carbs. What I miss is milk, rice, chocolate, and cake. I know there is some good low carb recipes for cake but I think any of them will make my carbs go closer yo 40 or 50. Maybe I should try any of them once and see!!

Try to limit the carbs and get an nice portion of protein and veggies. Also limit the Dates to 3 before the first meal and you can eat yogurt, eggs, cheese, fava beans and a piece of bread for second meal. For desert try to substitute with a piece of fruit and lots of Water instead of juices!! Happy Ramadan

You can add me!!

I love squats too but it is not an easy one.. Bench press, Dlf, & Row are fine but OHP is the hardest among them and the least in progress!! Still I'm loving the program.

Even for a beginner?? I'd like to know the normal rate of gaining muscles and losing fat!!

I am using a food scale to weight everything!!

It is a device approved by FDA. If you google it you can see it is said to be Biospace Body Composition Analyzer!! I don't know what this means actually.

The muscle gain, fat loss and all other numbers I get from my doctor using InBody 170 (it measures body fat, muscles, water).
