Hey, today I started my 4th week of Insanity and so far I love it! Beginning was rough tho, I remember how sore I was first week! So my advice would be don't give up, it will get better! Hey! I'm trying to lose 15-20lb by January too, Currently I'm 130lb (5'3) I love to exercise, I go to the gym 3 times per week and I do Insanity too which is a lot of exercise! lol Feel free to add me :)

I can relate! "Food Hangovers" are the worst, The next day after I binge I'm in a really bad mood, I'm sad and even depressed, usually I have 0 motivation to start eating healthy again and I binge like for 3-4 days until I get completely sick, my stomach usually hurts really bad too :sick: And to be honest I have no idea…

I'm in! Today was a good day, however, last two days were awful! It's so hard to control binge eating... It seems like when you start you just can't stop! "No Binge November" sounds great and I will try my best! Good luck to everyone!
