I do both- I try to do strength training atleast 3 days a week. Usually I will go to a class at the gym. Or my gym offers bootcamp type workouts that incorporate both Cardio and strength training. That is AWESOME! Pictures help me soo much too, cuz without them, I would've given up already. My weight has stayed the same while my body is transforming, so I find the Pics to be soooooooooooooooooo helpful. Consistency is Key! KEEEp it up!
