Sounds fantastic! I think for the junk food we should give a standard of what this is. I don't think that everyone realizes just what is junk food. Or someone may have a different view. I think it sounds fantastic though! Great work.

Hi my name is Katharine. I have been steadily gaining weight over the past few years of unhealthy eating and stress. I'm more determined than ever to get that back on track and lose this weight!
