My husband and I got one as a wedding present, and we LOVE it. It's great because they carry diet soda as well as regular. I don't drink it as often as my husband, but it's so great to have for when I do have a soda craving. Plus having a variety of soda options is pretty awesome. It's got to be cheaper than regular soda,…

My mom works at a hospital, and one year they got beach towels with the hospital's name and logo all over it. The next year they got a giant umbrella with the hospital's logo on it. Guess they wanted some free advertising!

If you only eat it once or twice a month, then don't worry about it. Consider it a treat. If this were a weekly thing, then yes, try finding an alternative. I wouldn't worry about it though. Try to limit yourself to a slice or two, and you should be fine. Good garlic bread is worth it!

I also go over, like every single day. If it's from candy, then yea, it might affect your weight loss if you're getting most of your calories from junk. If it's from fruit or something healthy, and you're staying within your daily caloric limit you will be fine. Most of mine is from fruit, so I never worry about it.

I've noticed that on my list of goals, the fiber goal is actually lower than what I have read is actually recommended. I have read in several sources that 25 g should be the goal. I always go over too, but I agree, as long as you're drinking plenty of water (which fruits and even some veggies are already full of) you…

If you mean what I think you do (neoprene belt, right?), I have one I use whenever I work out. I have been using it for the last few weeks. It seems to work, but it probably just works on water weight. Either way, I figure it can't hurt. As much sweat as it draws when I wear it, it must be doing something!!
