  • Thanks for the advice... I agree 100% I started with P90X last year and tore my shoulder up pretty good trying to keep up with those maniacs. I recommend people really look to start where they belong with a program and work their way up.
  • Protein Pancakes are a great option. 1/4 cup egg whites 1 cup of Quaker Oats 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder dash of vanilla 1/2 chopped apple. Mix all in bowl and then cook one side until firm enough to flip and repeat! Make sure you have some water with them though, they are DRY!
  • This sounds awesome, but I have never heard of it? Curious to see any responses.
