I like 65%-80% dark chocolate and keep blocks of it in my freezer. for me, by the time I've finished the frozen piece, the craving is gone. if I still crave it and know I shouldn't continue, I have a really bitter (95%) bar that I nibble off of. since it is just a little TOO bitter for my tastes, it kills the chocolate…

this mind set is why I have yet to get the courage to go to the gym... there's only so much reading about it can help, it's much different to remember proper form when you've got the weight right there... maybe i'll try to hit the gym when i'm smaller and a trainer is less likely to over look me because of my flab.

same here. I have noticed, while I work out, my belly will get even softer just before I lose inches. slowly my stomach is getting smaller but it's still very soft. I was told it would stay soft until I was around my last 15-20 pounds (or until my body fat % got to the teens)

try this. do you know the info for your current recipe? find the info for the beef and the turkey and calculate the difference between them (ex: -20 cal, -4g fat) now add/subtract those totals into the original recipe. I had to do this with a few fast food items that I would buy.

you tried putting it into the recipes tab? i'm not sure how it would over estimate unless you logged something twice or wrong

how about you just ask him WHY he does it? he may not realize that he does. just be general about it and ask if it helps him or something because you had always thought it was bad. don't go all out and say it's horrible, simply ask.

eat right and work out. don't eat too little, know your personal goals. give yourself a little time to readjust. disclaimer- according to 1 video from JM im not a doc or anything so I only know what I have read/heard.

love Jillian Michaels- I find her to be more motivating because i'm 5'3" and she is 5'2" so as I work out I tell myself "that is the type of figure I CAN have" even if I don't get as fit as her, it gives me motivation to see someone around my stats looking so good.

OP that is great results! awesome job! but if you use the basics (arms, chest, waist, hips, legs) its not like you're adding tons of places that don't matter. why shouldn't a person say "I lost X" from belly, X" total"?

I saw more results in level 1 (I lost 14 inches total) then I saw in level 2 (only 5.75 inches total). i'm still super happy with my results and can't wait to finish up to see how level 3 worked.
