  • Girls you gotta realise even if your breast size decreases, no matter what, being smaller overall brings them back to proportion and sometimes in comparison to a flatter stomach makes them appear bigger anyway ;)
  • I love your style! You're super dooper cute and you give me inspiration! :D
  • Holy wow! You all look so good! I don't have any pictures to prove it unfortunately, been lifting for about a monthish (Stronglifts) and can already see small results, mainly my upper thighs/bum is toning up thanks to squats, and the small amount of cellulite I had has now completely disappeared. I now feel confident…
  • You look amazing! Any secrets on how to get your skin to shrink back?
  • Great job all!! It's going to be sad to throw out some of my nicer clothing (Especially now that I'm currently losing I don't want to buy nice clothes until I'm closer to goal weight) but for every fat dress I throw out, there's an old thinner dress for me waiting that I can wear again :D
  • Yeah, you can do it. Once upon a time I lost 20 kilos (44 pounds) just from mostly diet, I did some exercise to begin with but gave up on the gym and only had a short walk to/from school each day. However, I wasn't toned at all, and felt unhappy with how I looked. It may or may not be why I gained it all back plus some,…
  • You look awesome!! What's your secret?
  • Here's what I've learned from research on here: Exfoliate once a day to remove dead skin cells, and to help elasticity. Drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated Moisturise, for same reasons above Lift weights to help elasticity and to replace some of the empty room with muscles. As I said I haven't done this personally…
  • So glad for you! Woohoo!
  • Total beginner's NSV, but I went to a dinner party and chose the healthiest options I could. Whilst everyone was eating delicious, rich meats and high fat/creamy salads, I stuck with two small rissoles and a salad. I even went to the gym for a bit longer to burn off the few calories I gained from french dip and crackers.…
  • I freakin' love all of you! So motivating, great work! <3
  • Adding those above me, add if you're below me :)
  • I dropped weight really quickly once, but I was left with saggy skin because I lost it too quickly :( Pace yourself. Your goal is do-able and I'm not trying to stop you. But if you see any negative consequences it's not chucking the towel in if you need to slow down - it's becoming stronger. :D
  • Me too (or should I say me seven/eight/nine?) Anyone is free to add me, let's do this together!!
  • Hi everyone! :) Just started Stronglifts yesterday, bloody sore today! I haven't done any real weight training before (besides group classes which we all know is really cardio and not weights) so I know that'll disappear over time. Saw all the success stories and have never been so motivated before in my life!
  • Well said! I always clean out my list and delete inactive members but always feel so hypocritical because I end up going MIA after a while myself. This is my longest stretch and I think I'm now in it for the long haul so looking for some active friends, add me! :)
  • Oh god last Halloween I looked awful, I'm definitely in. SW: 90 kilos (198 pounds) GW: 87.5 kilos (193 pounds) That's to lose 5 pounds by Halloween which I think I'll do. My real goal will be 85 kilos, which is 5 kilos. I think I can do this. :) Weigh in Fridays!
  • I just did a big purge, and yeah I prefer comments over likes so we sound perfect for each other :) feel free to add me, and anyone else!
  • I am a bad binge eater, it's what unfortunately made me gain back (and more) all the childhood weight I lost when I became really thin. These days I found what helps me the most is cheat days. I look really forward to my cheat days, and when I feel like I'm about to go on a binge or have a junk food craving I look forward…
  • I'd suggest seeing a dietician. What you think is healthy may not be healthy at all and you could be consuming more fat/sugar than you realise. For example, a lot of fat free products are actually packed full of sugar, so they're not good for you at all if not worse. Good luck, if you've done it before you can do it again…
  • Hehehehe, I have the exact same plan with the boyfriend. I plan to drag him along to a weights class and watch him pile his weights on thinking he can handle it, and watch him struggle around for days and be sore. He's a strong guy, and he has huge arms and stuff but there's noooo way he can hack real weights in a class…
  • These comments were great, my university constantly offers free food usually high in sugar/fat and it's always so hard to resist!
  • My first real NSV since starting again: I've had an awful day and been down, and instead of racing off to eat junk and convincing myself I can because I'm depressed, I ran to the kitchen and cut up some celery and carrot sticks. Considering this is why I always fail when I try and start up again, I think I might be in this…
  • When I was in high school I was really chubby, one time a guy was trying to swap trading cards with another kid and asked me to say something in a high voice. I obliged, and he said to the other kid "the fat lady sang, deal is over, I'm not swapping with you" I lost all the weight but put it back on unfortunately, lucky…
  • It's considered more cardio than lifting due to the high reps, but I know so many (including myself but I'm a work in progress) who have toned up from Body Pump, so ignore the fitness snobs and do what works for you.
  • Added, feel free to add me anyone. :)
  • I'll add you, I've just done a HUGE cull of inactive friends (and as I've just come back I think some have deleted me, hehe) Feel free to add me anyone else!
  • I got rejected once in a nightclub, a bunch of guys asked me to talk their friend into staying, he scrunched up his face and was like "ew, gross. Now I am leaving" his friends apologised a thousand times for having a jerk friend but I kind of just smiled weakly, and proceeded to the bar to order shots. No one else has…
  • I'm glad people can relate! :) The breakup was amicable and fairly mutual (I was the one who initially broke up with him, but we spoke about it a week or so later and he agreed he didn't want to get back together) so I'm lucky in that sense. I used to be a tiny little thing though and he made a few comments when he saw…
  • Weighed in today (Friday) instead, bit busy tomorrow, and to be honest it's Valentines Day today, so I'm probably going to gain just a tad and I don't want it to de-motivate me. I'm doing kilos not pounds because we're on the metric system where I live, and imperial is too confusing to me as I count in metric (Sorry my…
