I donated them to the less fortunate people after buying new clothes. This leaves me no house but to stay the way I am and I am not going back to being fat. XD the clothes are not cheap I ain't gonna waste my money!

I've tried the noodles. I didn't do mic to it. I only rinse it under cold water, then boiled it a little to get rid of the smell. I ate it with Korean sauce that I bought and it turn out wonderful! Maybe I've been reading the negative things about the noodles that I thought of it to be very awful tasting but I LOVE IT.…

Do you guys normally lose weight while finding your maintenance calories intake? Becaue I am trying to find my maintenance calories intake I gained weight when I am only eating 1200 calories per day. I am really confused.

So am I right to say that when I am increasing my calories intake slowly to mantenance level, the weight that I will gain will eventually be lost?

Let say I increase my calories intake by 100 calories, how long should I maintain the increase before proceeding to adding another 100calories?
