Hello! :) 18, 5'3 (and three fourths, I'm ALMOST 5'4!) Starting weight: 252 lbs. Current weight: 242 lbs. Goal weight #1: 130 lbs. Ultimate Goal weight: Whatever I feel most comfortable at! I live in Kentucky with my husband and our eight cats. I'm a student and working towards being an apprentice at a local funeral home.…

I'm still here! Level 2 Day 3 - I'm the same as bobbietaylor7, short breaks between cardio... but it's still getting done! :D
-
+1 Are you a 4chinner? :)
-
That's where upgrades and extensions come in handy! :D In all seriousness though, if the meat ain't getting pounded... I'd be cranky as hell!
-
It's okay, OP Next time he attempts to initiate sexy time, belittle his efforts :) Remind him that he's not quite equipped with the appropriate hardware to get the job done without glitches.
-
Haha, I had to triple check my math before replying! It's 4 AM here as well - so I completely understand how you're feeling!
-
OP, what do you mean running out of calories well before you're ready? Do you mean that you're still hungry? Perhaps try to take note of which days (and even what time) you're noticing that feeling and adjust your meal schedule accordingly. Since you had 624 calories left over yesterday, you definitely had some wiggle room…

Her goal is 1,200 a day - she earned 942 calories from exercising.

Long hair, tattoos, super dominant, way older than me, attractive, intelligent, and has a great sense of humor... My husband, pretty much.

Day 6 is finished! I noticed my endurance is significantly better than when I started on Day 1, it feels great to notice small changes :) Anyone else noticing that it's not as difficult?
-
Better late than never, OP :)
-
Oh my... Day 2 seemed much more difficult than Day 1, but we pushed through and made it! Looking forward to Day 3 :)
-
Thanks so much, OP! :)
-
Try not to feel too down, just keep up the good work and try it again later :)
-
Starting day one in an hour and a half! My younger sister is joining me, and we're super excited!

I do! http://iwontbefatforever.tumblr.com I don't make too many personal posts, it's mostly fitness inspiration and varies exercise challenges that I try out. I followed you guys with my personal since my fitness blog is my secondary. I don't do Keto, but my FAVORITE health blog is Rae's http://lovehealthlift.tumblr.com…

All of this stuff looks so awesome! Thanks for making the thread OP, and thanks to everyone who contributed :)

5'3, looking to lose about 150-ish pounds Really, I'm just looking to get my BMI and weight down to a healthy, safe level and be able to feel good about myself. This is my second time putting forth maximum effort to lose weight, so I understand how motivation fluctuates... for sure. I log daily, my journals is open, and…

Thanks so much to everyone who answered :) Edited to add: The concept of eating way to less = bad for you is simple enough to understand, but I'm an information *kitten* so I insist on trying to understand the "why/how" of everything. I was just really surprised to see starvation mode deemed as a 'myth', since I've been…

This! When I notice my hunger is getting out of control, first I drink 8 oz. of water to make sure it's not thirst instead of hunger. If that fails, then I try tuna, seeds, etc. Also try things like celery, carrots, and so forth. Low calorie vegetables can help eliminate the hunger, plus you're getting all kinds of…

Bump :) Thanks so much to everyone who has contributed in this thread so far - very awesome information!
-
 That was great!
-
Bump because I'm pretty interested in this.

I skip 'breakfast' pretty much everyday. The way my sleep schedule is right now, I would have to wake up to get eat - and that's not happening. I eat two meals a day, and have healthy snack in between.
-
Holy crap OP, great job! :D

I can't wait until it's time to get rid of my fat person clothes! It'll also feel freaking fabulous to not die of embarrassment anymore when I can't find a specific shirt/dress in ''my size'' because they don't exist!
-
No need to be so pugnacious, friend :) I'm not quite understanding your post up there. A goal and a reward are not the same thing, therefore goal =/= reward. A goal is a desired result and is the object of our efforts. We work hard to meet our goals. A reward is something (materialistic or not) obtained to in recognition…

Are you sure you haven't just been losing water weight and muscle mass, OP? Exercise is really important for your health - not just important to lose weight. I'm not saying you have to go hit the gym for two hours every day, 30 minutes a day five times a week is usually "enough" when only wanting to do the bare minimum. I…

Just remember that our journey to fitness isn't a "one size fits all" sort of deal :) What motivates me might now motivate you, and vise versa. I get your point, though. The "wow, I did it" is worth much more than any sort of material reward, but it's not necessarily a ''bad'' thing to have material rewards, too. The way I…

That sort of stuff feels freaking radical, right?! Congratulations! My fist non-scale victory was when I could place my hands on my hips and not feel a gross fat roll leaning from my back. (Sorry about the mental image, guys.)
