I agree with quiksyvler completely. I’m the same height as well but put in much more weight and working it back off. I rarely eat all my exercise calories, regardless if it’s intended by MFP or not. My body is comfortable around 1800-2000 per day except when I’m PMS’n then I can get anywhere to 2500 (blushes). I work out 5…

Awww sorry to hear about your frustrations Sis. I too am trying to lose weight, mainly bc I put my health off for school. Let’s get right together, starting with self love and kind thoughts to ourselves. This journey occurs one day at a time, we can rush it. I’ll add u

One day at a time Sis. Focus on what you’re putting in your mouth vs what you’re putting out during exercise...on a daily basis. Consistency in these areas will equal big results in the end. I too need to lose a large amount of weight, which I gained back after starting school full-time and putting my health on the back…
