This^^^ I can squish into a 38DD from a cheaper place...but...I really need to drop around $150-200 for a decent quality bra...and there I can get my actual size (36DDD or 36E) which is nice. Hoping as I lose body fat the girls will shrink...nothing yet though.

Omg, I didn't even know there is a recipe builder!!! I'm SO excited!!!!!

Greens (spinach, kale, collards) Natural PB Yogurt Coffee (or everyone would die!!!) Bread in some form...my favourite is sour dough...I eat it at least once a week. Reminds me of being a kid. Protein powder after work outs.

The 21 day point has a lot of merit. Start slow, start small...those changes add up. I'm doing weekly changes. Making a goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Then the next week, cutting sugar out of my coffee. The next week, eating a vegetable serving with every meal. Try filling up on veggies though...then you…

^^^ Pictures and measurements. I have stayed the same weight for the last month...but I'm dropping inches...I oddly, feel fatter. It's mind boggling. But if I didn't have the pictures and the measurements...I would probably eat a pint of ice cream and cry lol

Medjool dates. I eat them when I have a sweet craving and don't feel like making things. Just be careful because they're higher in calories...but they are so delicious. I also grind them up and sub them in for sugar in energy balls (made with shredded coconut and natural cashew butter). I also puree bananas with natural PB…

I love tofu...I try to limit my intake of it due to it's estrogen magnifying relationship. Like others have said, cube extra firm and make a stir fry, or buy the soft and puree it with fruit and chocolate to make a mouse. I used to buy Ives ground "meat"...I feel like it's too processed for me now, but, it's a great…

It depends on what kinds of things you like to eat. I have a lot of mexican veggie dishes I can share...veggie pasta sauces that won't make you miss meat... If you tell me what you like to eat, I can link you recipes :)

First. (((((((Lucy))))))) Have you tried journaling? I find that it helps me a lot...just to put it all out there and get it out of my head.

This thread is depressing me and making me not want to participate in these forums :(

I'm sorry that you have Pan UC...doesn't sound like fun :( If eating McD's works for you, great :) It doesn't work for me.

I think we're having misunderstandings because we don't know each other :) I'm new. I'm Stef. Hi :) Earlier in this thread, I said "I'm fat and I eat clean." It's totally a calories in, calories out thing. I totally agree with you. In other threads, I've talked about not feeling bad for eating food. I think we should try…

Controlling flare ups is difficult through food alone because it can take up to a month for a food reaction to occur :( But my GI specialist believes that there is only a 0.5% increase in your chance of having UC through genetics (unlike Crohns, which genetics plays a huge role)...and that it is mostly an environmental…

I'm fat and I eat clean. You can eat too much of a good thing :) Eating clean has never been about losing weight for me...it's about avoiding all the unnecessary things that they put in food. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis...which is directly caused by environmental food choices...I try to put things that are as…

If you're "dieting" you will look at fat loss as having an end...hopefully you look at this as a lifestyle, a life long aspiration. If you can't enjoy you're lifestyle, you won't stick with it. Personally, I would keep on track (whatever that means to you) as much as possible until that dinner night...and honestly...I…

Yes, why is that? Shouldn't we all be supportive of whatever people are doing as long as they're trying to better themselves? I don't get it...:(

Hi Jodie, I'm just starting my food diary today (on here)...I eat pretty clean...whole foods anyway...depending on what definition is used :). Feel free to add me (and anyone else that's eating "real" food). Cheers!:)

I love this. This is similar to what I'm trying to do...Except I'm only weight training 3 days...and running/yoga 2-3 of the other days. Do you track your calories exactly or do you do more guestimation? Are you weighing yourself on a scale?

Try to take your thinking to a place of love of yourself...instead of resignation:) We're so hard on ourselves sometimes. Accept that you ate a higher amount than you meant to (and don't be so hard on yourself about it). Let it go. Move on. Load up on veggies for your next meal...and make better choices from that point on.…

I've never done anything longer than a full day (20ish kms with 1000 meter elevation is standard) backpacking trip. I don't think I do normal backpacking foods lol...I make quinoa salads, homemade trail mixes, coffee in a thermos, berries with greek yogurt...that kind of thing...I'm lucky though, we're in in the…

This is makes more sense! Thank you :) I didn't know there was a newsfeed....so much to learn :)

You look absolutely stunning! How long did it take to lose?

I try to limit my fruit (sugar) intake so you might think my smoothie is gross too lol...but I like it. 1/2 banana 3-4 cups of kale/spinach (I have to blend it down a few times to get it all in) 1/2 cucumber 1 slice of fresh pineapple 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder blend. I make this for my kids all the time and they…

Hey  I just joined today. I'm still trying to figure out the culture here...different than other forums I've been on....but I'll talk to a fellow noob:laugh: (I'm Stef btw)

Maybe try a pitcher of flavoured water in the fridge? I love lemon/lime or orange with a bit of vanilla extract. Or apples with cinnamon. I brush my teeth when I have non-hunger related cravings. Doesn't always work...but it usually helps.

Take it one day at a time...and remember that it's not just about today, your next weigh in, or even a year from now...it's about your health...your life...for the rest of your life. If you find yourself hating your workouts, it's time to change them. You're not going to keep doing something you don't like. So join a zumba…

mint girl guide cookies homemade hummus pizza white bread and butter at fancy restaurants...with red wine...I could skip the meal and just eat that lol I used to have a nutella problem...until I found out what's in it...now I make homemade nutella...and because it's not as sweet, I can control how much I eat.

Great job! What is the one tip that has made the biggest difference in changing your life like this?
