I LOVE the models! They give a better idea of what a suit will actually look like on me. This is an awesome site. I need to look into what shipping to Canada will be like. Thanks for sharing! I just bought a bathing suit yesterday....I saw a 50% off sign in a swim suit store...went in, picked up three bathing suits, and…

I thought that exact thing. I think you're being too hard on the guy...It would have been nice if he had talked to you while you were changing your tire...but if he didn't know how...would you really want him offering help? Nice job though on knowing how to change a tire :)

Every TOM I go out of control for 6 days...like 300-500 over a day...usually in chocolate :(

That's what my friends say. We all weigh within 10 pounds of each other...and I look the skinniest because my boobs always stick out farther than my belly...but....it's not motivating because clothing looks good...even when I need to drop 20-30 pounds of fat :P

I'm in the same boat- not sure which one to ask for....I'm interested to hear what people have to say.

How true is this? I do find myself thinking "is the taste of this worth the calories?" I've completely given up on chain restaurants. I pay double (sometimes triple) in price for less food at nicer places....but it's not prepackaged. It's an original meal by an actual chef (not a line cook)...and that to me...well, that's…

This^ When I'm really craving OJ, I juice it. But that's rare now that I've switched to just water/coffee/tea I used to eat cereal everyday....but once I found out how many calories it worked out to...and how it didn't keep me full long and I'd need to eat something else an hour later...so it was pretty easy to give up…

Hmm...I'm weird then. I have an hour glass figure, so I lose first in my stomach, then face...and I've never made it farther than that because I feel skinny so I always stop. It's kind of a curse. When my stomach is flat, that means I have more room in it for cookies. Even though my arms and thighs are thicker....:P

Me too :)

I want to look at this later. Awesome guide.

Hi from Calgary :)

You can pick up a decent thermos pretty cheap if you like soups, chilis, stews...that kind of thing. I like cold quesdillas...and cold homemade pizza (on tortilla shells). Fancy sandwiches. Hmmm...

I gave up pop about a year ago when I started reading up on eating less processed foods. The first week sucked...but now I don't even think about it. I was craving one a few months ago...so I bought one...I couldn't even finish it...it just tasted artificial. I have a cup or two of coffee a day...the occasional tea...but…

I wish Monsanto would pay me.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XT46FV64dr8 "I find myself when drinking in a constant state of wanting Mexican food. But to make that more accurate, you'd have to replace the word drunk with awake." I love this video. "The taco is the most versatile fruit"

I agree. It's important to look at things on a case by case basis...not make sweeping statements. I personally try to avoid things that will make my IBS worse. I do eat GMO foods though. Everyone needs to find what is acceptable to them.

I prefer two big meals a day and a snack before bed. Eating 5 small meals a day makes me feel deprived and like I'm on a diet. Whether you divide your calories into 12 small meals a day, or two large ones...they're still your calories. You need to experiment and find what works for you.

Yes, I love the pampered chef pizza stone and the stoneware baking tray. Awesome. And the pampered chef garlic press is probably one of the best inventions ever.

I find flavouring my water increases my intake. I use a little splash of vanilla and add lemon, lime or orange wedges...or berries. Helps a lot. And finding something you like drinking out of. Or maybe I'm the only weirdo that has preferences like that...I have a favourite coffee mug...and a favourite water bottle.

I know that you can't use wikipedia as a source, but I posted the articles because you can use it as a jumping off point for research by using the notations at the bottom of the article. Azodicarbonamide is a chemical used “in the production of foamed plastics.” It’s used to make sneaker soles and gym mats.In the United…

I think a lot of symptoms disappear when people "stop eating GMOs" because....if you stop eating all GMOs, you're left with pretty much nothing processed...in most cases people are probably switching from eating food with tons of additives (go look at all the additional ingredients in Activia, cottage cheese, whole grain…

I think you have to be friends with them. Then you just click in their profile and there will be an option to write on their wall.

I wrote those down and I'll take them in when I see him. I didn't know I could just refuse it....I told him I didn't want to take them again and he told me I better hope not to flare again...I'm not bad yet for blood...my flare up has been getting progressively worse and I'm probably only at a 5 right now. Getting…

I'd really love to get an actifry. My parents have one...it's awesome.

You picked good ones in your title. I'm a bit of an appliance...well you get the idea. My favourites: Kitchen aid food processor. Homemade nutella....need I say more? My spiralizer (I got a white plastic one on Amazon for around $30) I can eat all the "pasta" I want now! My nutribullet. Smoothies. And it fits in all my…
