I am 5' 4" 145 lbs and if I eat 1800 calories I gain weight, I gain weight at anything above 1600, which are the calories needed to maintain my current weight without exercise.

I do have some loose skin, Its not nearly as bad as I had worried it was going to be when I first started. And it is getting better all the time. It is better than being bigger and No one can tell I have any at all. I have went down sizes lately losing no scale weight and I believe its that my skin is tightening up some.…

I just counted calories and exercised. I followed no specific diet, I changed it up when I got bored. In my case carbs do matter when I eat too many carbs I gain even if the calories are low. I also ate over 100 grams of protein a day. I joined the gym and got a personal trainer, for strength training, used the elliptical…

I am 46 and a grandmother of 9, They don't even call me grandma, I am GiGi. It does make you feel old to be called Grandma. I still have an 8 year old and I am old enough to be his classmates mothers, mother. Or basically my 8 year olds grandmother seeing as how my oldest is old enough to be his mother.

I wonder that myself! I started in a size 24 and I am sitting here typing this wearing a size 6. I still feel huge! I think I may never be satisfied. I still have 14 lbs to goal, but will a size 4 really feel small enough? who knows.
