As long as its the SmartPop or 94% FF kind..it shouldnt be a problem. 6.5 cups of popcorn is only about 120-130 cals. That's not too bad at all.

If you buy Orville's 94% fat free (butter) microwave popcorn and eat the whole bag it should only be around 120 cals. Popcorn is awesome in that you can eat a huge bag of it and feel full but the calories are still very low.

They don't have skinny syrup for all of the drinks though. For example, a Peppermint Mocha...they have skinny dark chocolate mocha but do not have skinny peppermint syrup. Starbucks website is great for nutrition calculations though. Most of the time I just end up getting a Tall Nonfat Vanilla Latte, which is 150 calories.…
