When my husband is below Calores left at the end f the day he grabs some type f tree nut (almonds, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, etc.---NOT roasted). These are "good fat & good calorie" dense. Is your diary open to the public?

Amen to all f the posts! Right now I seem to have overcome my cravings, at least for a while! ???? I have hit on an eating plan that seems to have evened out my cravings...praying that continues to be the case!

I think one reason for inactivity is that the groups are not accessible on the mobile app and a lot of users just use the app and do not go to the website.

I count everything...especially since I am counting nutrients and not just calories. If I go over calories and it is because of veggies and/or fruits I do not worry much about it, as long as it was not because of "junk".

Go to the food tab and open the recipe tab. After you add your ingred. Scroll down and there will be a question...do you want to add to MFP data base. Click yes, then you will have to do a description and renter the ingredients again. I have been doing on my iPad, but will e easier to do on my pc. Let's spread the word!

Have you put this in the recipe section? You can check a box that will allow MFP to use it in a recipe section. They are trying to get enough entries so they can do a whole section. I am excited about this possible new feature as I am always on the lookout for new yummy, low cal. recipes!
