All done! Way to go, ladies. I did my measurements this morning & my arms are hardly any smaller. Surely that can't be right with all that tricep work?! Lol. All in all, this was a great round! I really enjoyed it.

This level is brutal on my knees - especially the animal walks in circuit one. Trying to figure out ways to ease the strain. Other than that, I do like the intensity. Table push ups are my fave! Great job! My eating hasn't been the greatest this week either - which probably explains why my waist measurement is getting larger. Just popping in to check the box. Day 4 done. Doing one more day, then on to week 2. Cheating this level a bit, maybe, but I want to take my rest days on Sundays which is my weekly weigh-in & measurement day anyway. It just works better.

Glad you're back Sally!! We missed you. Good to hear everything's looking better on the homefront. I've been there - it sucks. I agree with Rach... Just keep keeping on. We're here for you every step of the way. At this point we're mostly all at different points in the programme anyway, so don't rush yourself.

Sweat! Dripping!! Awesome workout. Totally agree about the hamstrings - it's an awesome feeling, though. With 30DS, I never woke up sore the next day - I could feel the burn right after, but it would usually subside after a couple hours. This time the burn stays with me. lol. Aw, Rach. :cry: I know what you're talking about! Day 30 for me was on the morning after a pasta dinner AND very close to my TOM too. My stomach looked awful! Luckily my weekly weigh-in was on day 29, so I had measured then. I just took pictures the next morning (day 31)... It was better, but not as good as day 28 or 29.…
