  • Aw, thanks Rach! I know what you mean! Trust me, I'm not enjoying it, lol. I just know that it's because of S&S that I went so many days without working out. I was just dreading it every day. I think it's entirely too long and just not nice. I don't know how else to put it.

  • Haha! Very good point. I would say start with NMTZ. I hope you enjoy it like I did. It's (a bit) longer than S&S, but I finished it on a high so S&S didn't seem so tedious when I got to it.

  • I thought it was quite nice, actually. It's a great full body workout. Very thorough. Lol. But it is very long. I did it back-to-back with S&S, so I am completely exhausted. One thing I can say is, it's not for beginners. If I hadn't had the benefit of knowing most modifications from 30DS & RI30, I'd be in tears right now.…
