Whoa! That's a major burn in store for you. Great stuff! It's a public holiday over here. Had to fight off the urge to veg out and dragged the kids off on a little walk. Glad I did.

I picked the wrong week to try something new! My work & travel schedule is ridiculous at the moment! I am getting quite a few squats and lunges in with the Jillian Michaels workouts I do, but I don't think I can keep up with the challenge as well. Good luck ladies!! Can't wait to see who scoops that prize at the end!

Yeah, S&S is not the best out there but I'd like to see it through - mainly because I only just started my journey in Jan. It's important for me to commit. I kinda have a 3-month plan and I need to complete my 3 30-day programmes before I start switching things up & freestyling it, lol..

Wow! Just tried level 1. I feel like the warm-up and cool down are entirely too long! May cut down on at least the warm-up time. All in all it took me over an hour. Yeah, I think I'm going back to Jillian tomorrow - maybe RI30. I'm totally lost when left to my own devices. Lol. Plus, I may have to travel for work on Thursday. Don't wanna be caught without at an exercise plan PLUS all the temptation of hotel buffets and conference finger food.

I have no idea what to do for cardio still :cry: I would have liked to start Couch to 5k, but my kids & work schedule make it hard to get out to the gym or on the road on any sort of regular basis. About to do my 1st Fitness Blender kettlebell workout... Just hope I don't get bored with it :ohwell:
