Double-up day today. Level 2 is so much more intense than level 1. Took me 1.5 hours to get through it all & I still skipped that 3rd circuit in L2! What an awesome workout!! I procrastinated all day long and finally just got up & did it now. Wow. This was the best day yet! I felt strong & focused. By the end, I was sweating like crazy! Such an improvement on week 2. I'm really glad I decided to keep going vs repeating W2.
