  • Day 5 was good. Gave it 100. Can do all the push ups on my knees now - no breaks! Can't believe that just 5 days ago, I could barely get my chest off the floor. That last cardio circuit is still a killer, but it feels good to push through.
  • Literally had to drag myself out of bed for this one. Slept so late last night, but I did it anyway and now I'm feeling super energetic. Push ups are still tough, but getting so much better! Maybe I'll be able to do them all on my toes by the end of this level... :D

  • Day 3 was a killer! Wanted to throw something at the screen during every cardio circuit. Lol. Still struggling with the push ups, but really surprised at how much I've improved from day 1.

  • Just finished Day 1. The push ups were a nightmare for me! I could barely get my chest off the floor (even on my knees). Lol. Starting to feel it mostly in my legs & abs.
