I eat food! I don't fight temptations. If I want chocolate I eat chocolate. Any time I deny myself a strong temptation (craving) it always results in a binge. I too can not stand the *POP* from the cans! It's almost like a "it's going to blow my hand off" fear! I don't buy them, I buy the frozen bag kind. lol! I'm mortified of power tools and anything combustible, aside from a lighter. No propane grills, fire extinguishers or contained anythings!
