Yes, when I started I told the site I exercised 5 days a week...this has not changed. and YES I DO CARE. I am very dedicated to loosing weight- and find this site to be a great help for me... I like being able to get advice for people...including yours...

I agree---- I'm 5'0 and 26... They told me 1,300 and change.... So what is the problem... I have people saying I should be eating 1,800+++ isn't that what got me here in the first place....

Can you maybe wear her while taking a walk? Even if it's just from the drive way to the stop sign, or around the block. It would be great bonding time, and time for you two to get some fresh air. If you have a sling, you can even add some hand weights to your walk- or if you can't maybe some weights around the ankle....

Well... I'm heavy at 260pounds...so 30 pounds concidering this is my second week...I plan on 2 months.... maybe a little more. BUT after you get smaller...The weight is not going to come off that fast. It will be much slower.

No I do not allow my self to cheep. I don't think it's conducive to a life style change to allow yourself you gorge one night.
