There is also a Shirataki Noodles which aren't too bad if you really want to keep your calories low. With sauce it's pretty good and with a stir fry. Only 20 calories per serving, so it really depends on just how low you want to keep the calories. Also the corn pasta is pretty good. Good luck

I find that if I listen to upbeat music it makes me want to dance and that in turn gives me energy. I also make sure I get plenty of rest other wise I a zombie and no energy!

This is something I have struggled with for years and finally I found what seems to help some. In addition to plenty of water and exercise I take Miralax (the generic is fine). This seems to help. It was recomended to me by my doctor and this has helped more than any other laxative or anything I've tried. Good luck!
