Make sure you are eating otherwise all of your hard work and effort will be for nothing. Sounds like you are doing the right things just make sure you are fueling your body and you will see a loss I am sure of it.

A really good one for the back of the arms are tricep dips. Go to your table or a chair and stand with your back to it, then put your hands on it and slowly lower your body to a sitting position and then lift up with your arms (not your legs). Free and works! Good luck.

I have asked my husband for help several times and he is awful at helping me with what I need which is support to eat the way I know I should. If you don't make him desserts [this is what my husband does...I was on track all day yesterday and then last night he made FRESH strawberry short cake....UGGG] and just feed him…

You are not alone and I hear you completely. I hope you are able to get motivated...most likely I will not be the one to help you get there again but you might want to focus on why you want to lose weight to get the motivation back again. Good luck!

Your story is one that is heard a lot...maintaining is the hardest and something I have not yet been successful at. I have actually never gotten to goal to even maintain but I can't even maintain my little losses so I am PROUD of you for not gaining it ALL BACK! You know what to do obviously so just go back to those roots…

I am very large and it takes me about 20 pounds to go down a size. (it is really frustrating!!)

Travel the WORLD!! If I can ever make enough money I will do it though...or at least parts. Europe is where most of the places I want to go are located.

I talked to my trainer about this and she said to eat only the amount of calories allotted per day and NOT to eat the exercise calories. However she did say that if you are doing huge amount of exercise that you will need to eat more (but don't eat all your exercise calories) that day so that your body gets what it needs…

If you look on your home page at the top it has your food calories and your exercise calories and leaves you with a balance to eat. Hope you are successful in your journey.
