So i'm feeling kind of bummed out. I lost about 15lbs before joining MFP, since joining i've only lost 3lbs. I track my calories daily and log in my exercise. I feel like i've really pushed myself with my workouts. it is a rare time if i take a day off. I realized i wasnt eating the right amount of calories. (I was only at 500 to 600 calories, now trying to atleast hit 1200)
I still want to drop about 10-15 lbs, is there any advice ya'll could give me? Different work outs? Pep talk? I'm getting impatient, i just finished ripped in 30, and i really dont see that much of a difference, i might have lost a few inches here and there, but i want real definition. My Man laughs when i say i want my stomach to flex when i walk, but i do. How do people get that?
Thank You.

Make sure you are eating otherwise all of your hard work and effort will be for nothing. Sounds like you are doing the right things just make sure you are fueling your body and you will see a loss I am sure of it.0

You should eat more food. Take a look at what your BMR is and eat at least that. If you know what your active metabolic rate is (check what MFP says you burn in a day at your activity level, but it's usually underestimated), and make sure you eat below that. Eating at 1200 calories is not a good idea. It works at first, like you said, but eventually your body can't do it anymore. You probably haven't seen any difference after doing that workout because your body was giving up muscle protein just to stay alive.
I am 5'6", eat 1600 calories a day when I don't exercise, and when I do I eat most of those back which takes me up to around 2000 calories. I have lost 36 pounds so far - you will not be jeopardizing your weight loss by eating more.
As for the flexing abs? so not reasonable. those people are probably in crossfit or take steroids.0 -

This thread may help. If you are talking about wanting ripped cut well defined abs that is. Which means strictly go to the kitchen, cause no amount of exercise will get you ripped, yes help with it but as everyone says abs are made in the kitchen.0
