I just wanted to know if you are in the calorie range of 1200-1400 daily, do you try to get more protein to keep you full? Also, when you workout, do you eat back exercise calories or no? When you first started that calorie range, did you have headaches or feel hungry and then your body just adjust to it? Please advise.…

I am proud of myself for losing 4 % body fat, gaining 2.3 % muscle, and going down 1 point on the visceral fat scale! I have not lost as much weight as I would like, but I love losing the fat!!! :love:

Another tabata night! we had 6 gals huffing and puffing, including our 8 year old. Great fun! I am disappointed on my weight-loss - less than half a pound. We did tabata high intensity intervals today. OMG! But better than trick or treating and candy eating (repeat until believed :noway: ). It was great fun, and the more intense the work out, the higher the calorie burn on a per minute basis. We were at about 10 cal/min - and apparently that was supposed to be easy!

did you weigh in the am or pm? You may be carrying extra water weight. I weighed 2 pounds heavier in the evening one day and about cried - the next morning, whew! it was gone.

It's sounds like you don't like the Insanity work out - perhaps find something that is more enjoyable and fun (no, not P90X, that sucks too, lol!) and did you tell your granny you are trying to lose? ask her to bring you veggies and fruit instead.
