I've been into similar situation. I was eating below 1000 calories and working out A LOT, so I did lost my period for 5 months. I went to a doctor, he told me that I need to gain some weight. My height is 165cm, I was 48kg when I went to see him - Increasing my calories (at least NET of 1400calories) added more…

Nope. I do my morning workout very early and I don't feel like even drinking water.

My height is 165cm and my current weight is 50kg. (I'm maitaining) I workout 4 times a week and eat aroung 1600-1700 calories (including calories from workouts)

Agree with them. Restricting yourself too much, won't lead to good things. :) Eat some pizza, man!

Seems to me that you use working out, to kinda punish yourself for binging? Is that right? Also if you're restricting yourself too much (after a binge) and then burn nearly 1200 calories, means you'll be starving then eating too much. My advice: reduce your workouts for like an hour a day tops, eat more protein (try…

Agree, I didn't use scale - not once during my weight loss process and I lost 18kg just fine. Now I'm maitaining at 50kg. - without scale...

I just looked at your diary, please - please eat more than 1000 calories a day. And if you over-eat don't punish yourself the next few days by eating less.

Something similar happened to me six months ago, all though I'm at lower weight. When my weight dropped to 105 lbs, I lost my period. But I was eating below 1200 calories and on top of that working out 5 times x week. My body fat was pretty low. Now my current weight is 110lbs (my height is 5.4), I increased my calories…

IMO, the best way is to eat them raw. Also you could try walnut cookies. They're really easy - 1 cup grinded walnuts, 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup powdered sugar. You beat the egg whites until they become like snow, add the sugar - beat once more, then finaly add the walnuts and some vanilla (cinnamon, cocoa - your choice…

Yes. It's potatoe chips for me. I used to love it so much, but now I CAN'T stand it! I haven't eaten it for over year and half and not because I can't fit it in my calories, but because I simply don't like it anymore.

^ This. I could eat one WHOLE chocolate for the day (around 530 calories), lose weight but that won't make it healthy.

I will!!! Thank you!

Noo, seriously. NOW I'm going to cry!!! :D I'm so emotional the last few days (I guess because of my period). Yeah it wasn't easy, and I was so worried that there was something wrong with me and I'm so grateful and relieved right now! I was really hesitating if I should share my story here, but then I thought that there is…

Yeah, I know right? It's so fascinating. Thank you all!

Thank you very much!

Cheat days are whatever you want them to be. You could try to fill small treats in everyday, you could eat it all at once then feel bloated and guilty? (I used to feel like that when I tried cheat days few times). Soo it's really your choice.
-
Completely agree! Sadly I had to go through this to understand it. :)

Thank you, guys! @mearsy88 Good for you!

This. I usually eat 2 eggs a day, too. But with my dinner. I feel awesome!!!

You could try drinking protein shake OR eating quest bar, but not both at once? Maybe that's causing the problem, you could switch them everyday.
-
I'm trying to fit everything in my daily calorie needs. When I was loosing weight (Now I'm maintaining) I cut all of the sweets and stuff, but now I'm allowing myself treats everyday. Like for example, I just had dark chocolate pieces. Yum. Yes sometimes is really easy to slip, but when you treat yourself often, you won't…

I eat fat free, simply because I enjoy it taste the most.

This. I'm assuming that you need to increase the protein in your meals so you won't be starving this much. Maybe add some almonds to your snacks?
-
Agree with both.

I reduce my calorie intake a little bit, or just workout out harder the next day.
