No, I didn't cut caffeine, soduim and I eat pretty high carb (I was actually kind of worried about that?) I just stopped eating sugar (cold turkey, maybe that's the problem?). I ate fruits (small peach, apple and banana for snacks during the day)... but this happened after that? Same thing was yesterday...

It says "one serving per container" and the container is 65gr, dry I know it seems low and it worries me, but also the noodles are really thin and they don't expand that much after adding watter so it's pretty small portion

These are really yummy and thick... works for topping everything - on plaing yogurts, pancakes, waffles, cakes, muffins, few drops in coffee. Omg - out of this world. Delicious vanilla milky drink /As you can see I'm a big vanilla fan :D/ Got that: Rice pudding with milk, but still haven't tried it...

Yes, you should track them, because calories really easy add up for the day. Make sure you left a few extra calories just for the coffee.
